In spring 2025, we take up a popular theme and tell all the gossip stories from Kronborg that can't stand the light of day! In a hushed voice, we walk through the darkened castle and let the stories come to life.

Every Friday in March, April and May, you get a rare chance to experience Kronborg after closing time. When the lights in the royal apartment are turned off, the castle guards have gone home, and the castle is prepared for the night, our guide is ready to take you inside. Together you'll move through grand halls, private chambers, winding staircases and locked doors illuminated only by the fading evening light and your flashlights. Along the way, you'll hear the best stories of the castle's 600-year history, peppered with the scandals, intrigues and secrets that once rocked the court.

All tours end in the café with a rum ball and a glass of port wine included in your ticket.

The tour lasts approx. 1.5 hours

Meeting point:

On the castle bridge in front of the big red gate into the castle courtyard.

Bring: You are welcome to bring your own flashlight.

Important: The tour starts exactly on time, after which the group enters and the gate is locked. If you arrive after the start, it is unfortunately not possible to join the tour. The tours are in Danish only.
